个人简介
博士,上海市浦江人才。华东理工大学生物化学专业理学学士(1993年7月)与理学硕士(1996年7月)、以及生物化工专业工学博士(2002年3月)。美国人口委员会生物药物研究中心访问学者、博士后(2002年8月--2005年8月)。现于应用生物学系执教,主讲《专业英语》、《蛋白质组学》和《细胞生物学实验》等本科课程;同时也是发酵工业分离提取技术研发中心主要成员之一。负责并承担了“上海市浦江人才计划项目”、“国家自然科学基金”、“国家863”等科研项目。获华东理工大学教学成果奖20余次,已发表论文60余篇,申请专利近10项。
主要研究方向
· 酶与酶工程(围绕功能寡糖、生物基材料的绿色生物制造,筛选功能酶,进行酶的定向进化与应用研究)
· 合成生物学(功能寡糖等智能制造中代谢途径的动态调控)
· 靶向性生物药物(1.基于组织特异性启动子的靶向给药、靶向RNAi体系的建立与效果评价;2.肿瘤、皮肤病等的靶向给药体系的研究与开发)
