个人简介

      理学博士,副教授,19927月毕业于新疆工学院(现新疆大学)食品工程专业后留校任教;19984-20033月在日留学硕博连读,取得国立御茶水女子大学食品化学专业理学博士学位;20034-20093月在日本朝日啤酒株式会社研究所从事食品的研发工作;20095月起在华东理工大学生工学院食品系从事教学科研工作。

主要研究方向

· 天然产物的分离提取技术

· 功能性食品成分分析及生理活性(抗氧化性能、美白、降血压、降血脂、降血糖等)研究

· 食品中香气成分的分析检测及生成路径的探讨

· 食品质量与安全的分析检测
