个人简介
博士毕业于中国农业大学食品科学与工程专业,博士期间于加拿大渥太华大学食品安全与毒理学系联合培养,于毕业同年入职华东理工大学。2018年入选上海市“浦江人才”A类计划。现任上海食品学会青年工作委员会副秘书长、中国食品学会果蔬加工分会委员、中国生物发酵产业协会功能发酵品分会理事。第一届《食品工业科技》杂志青年编委,国际期刊 《Food Bioengineering》青年编委。迄今已发表研究论文40余篇(JCRQ1 24篇),其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Food Chem.,J. Agric. FoodChem.,Pharmacological Res.,Food Funct.,Carbohyd.等SCI期刊发表论文26篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,国家重点研发计划“前沿生物技术”重点专项子课题,上海市自然基金面上项目等多个项目或基金。
